Baking Tray Handling Machine

At Eklund Bakery / Baker Dick, we built a custom-built machine to remove baking trays from a cart and remove the baking rings from the trays directly from the oven. Once the rings are removed from the baking trays, the baking trays with the products are placed back on the cart. The products are now ready for complete cooling, after which they are then packed.
