Cobot Bacon Packer

We were able to develop a Cobot Bacon Packer for Gebr. Van der Mey. With this custom-made cobot set-up, we pack up to 16 bacons or pork belly per minute! This set-up is accessible, compact and food-grade. The Packer is very flexible; in the screen, dimensions, weight and desired numbers can be entered in a "tub". A new recipe is created within seconds. The new packing pattern (the positions and orientations) is now calculated behind the scenes by our own written software. Ready for a new product run within a minute!
